We have purchased a number Sprue Pickers from Robotic Automation Systems over the last 15 years and some of these pickers have over 60,000 hours on them with virtually no repair or down time. To us, that is incredible! Figuring conservatively, that is over 8,000,000 cycles per picker.

We have recently conducted performance reviews of all our plant equipment and I wanted you to know that the in-mold labeling automation Robotic Automation Systems made for our 18 oz. stadium cup line continues to perform outstandingly well in all categories.
 
Running now for almost two years, it has proven to be durable, dependable and extremely easy to operate, convert to the different label configurations or adjust as needed for minor variations in the labels being handled – just as it was designed to do.
